If it was smaller,you would never wear it.
If it was bigger,you would drop and lose it.

Make sure which size is the best for you.
Of couse, we could support about that.
 
Q:Can I resize my ring?

A:We only make in a smaller size.
Some designs are difficult to repair.

If the shape of your body changed,
the size of your finger would change too.

We often hear that people change thier figure 
and then lose a ring.
But they can't remember where they lose it at.

Please contact us anytime so that we would like you
to wear your precious ring as long as you want.


 
・After-Sale Service 

Q:After I got my items,
Will you address the problem with my items? 
 
A:Yes,we will.
noguchi BIJOUX offers a warranty on all of their products for free.
The official warranty term of products is 3 months after shipment.

Date proof of purchase is required for warranty repairs.

Our shop warrants your products after expiring the official warranty term.
（This warranty does not include accidental damage, theft, 
 stone loss, or damage that is not due to manufacturing defects.)


The warranty also includes rings resizing.
However we can not change a size of rings bigger.
(There are rings that would be difficult to repair or resize.)

Q:Will you wrap items for a gift?
 
A:Yes,we will.

・Engagement or Wedding Rings

Q:Can we buy rings as engagement or wedding ones?
 
A:Yes,we prepare some recommendations that we would like to suggest you.
You could choose any combinations.
Some people choose engagement and wedding ring at the same time,
so that they want to waer rings in layer.


・A name encraving
 
Q:Can we have a name encraving？
 
A:There are two different types of a name engraved.
One is hand‐carving,the other is laser engraving.

・Hand‐carving　3150 yen
Numbers, Commas.
Alphabets（Capital letters but only 'to' can engrave as small letter）

・Laser engraving　4200 yen
Alphabets（Capital and small letters）
Numbers,Commas.

※It will not make any difference whichever you choose.

Which is the better?
Well, it depends on the contents of characters or a design of ring. 

People normally choose laser engraving
because they hope to encrave small letters.
